Vouchers
Vouchers:

E-Vouchers: Purchase online and receive a code. The recipient can book their visit through our website. Valid for all year-round tours and tastings, Wednesday to Sunday. Please note that if prices increase after purchase, there may be an additional charge.

Gift Certificates: Available for purchase online or onsite. Valid for all year-round tours and tastings. Recipients can check availability online and book their experience by email or phone.

3rd Party Vouchers: Must be booked through the voucher provider. Valid for Wednesday to Friday during our off-peak season (typically October to April).
Availability
Tour & Tasting Availability:

Year-Round: We offer tours and wine tastings from Wednesday to Sunday, all year round.

Seasonal Variations:

Winter: During the winter months, we primarily operate from our tasting room, which has limited capacity.

Summer: In the summer, we often host tours and tastings outside or in our marquee, allowing for more flexibility.

Vine Leasing
Vine Lease Packages:

Duration: All vine lease packages have a one-year duration.

Gift Purchases: If you’re purchasing a lease as a gift, please specify the desired delivery date in the comments section during checkout. Please note that we may need at least 7 days’ notice to prepare the package for the requested date.

Wine Entitlement: The wine entitlement is typically presented at one of our vine lease parties, which we host throughout the year. We’ll email the recipient the party dates within the first quarter of the year.

Communication: Please note that we don’t send regular emails to vine lease members. As a small family business, our administrative resources are limited.
Dogs

Dog-Friendly Policy:
We welcome dogs on our grounds! To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please keep your dog on a leash at all times and clean up after them.
Please note: During the winter months, we operate primarily from our tasting room, which has limited space. We recommend checking our availability or contacting us in advance to confirm if your furry friend can join you during this time.
Wheel Chair / accessibility
Wheelchair Accessibility:
Our venue has partial wheelchair accessibility. While some areas are accessible, please note that there are sections with uneven terrain, including grass and gravel. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your specific needs and to ensure we can accommodate your visit.
Important to Note:

We currently do not have a wheelchair-accessible toilet on site.

Planning a Special Event?
Little Oak Vineyard offers a stunning setting for private gatherings! Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a family reunion, or a corporate event, we can help you create a memorable experience.
Minimum Guests during Summer for private events:
To ensure a lively atmosphere during our peak summer season (May-September), private bookings require a minimum of 20 guests to enable us to close the vineyard for your private group.
Group Bookings:
We welcome groups of all sizes for our regular wine tasting experiences! Please note that you may share your tasting experience with other groups during these sessions.
Group Discounts:
While we cannot offer group discounts due being a small family run business, we’re confident you’ll enjoy the informative and fun atmosphere of our tastings.

Transportation options
Transportation Options:

Local Taxis: For a convenient and direct journey, we recommend booking a local taxi. They can be in high demand, especially during peak times, so advance reservations are strongly advised. Walking: If you enjoy a scenic stroll, you can reach us on foot from Chipping Campden. Please note that there’s a field path adjacent to the main road that many people miss. We recommend following this public foot path for a safer and more enjoyable walk.
Summer / Winter availability
Seasonal Capacity:

Summer: During the summer months, we have more flexibility in accommodating larger groups due to our outdoor spaces and marquee options.

Winter: Our tasting room has limited capacity, so we recommend checking availability and booking in advance during the winter season.

Non-Drinkers

Non-Drinkers & Designated Drivers:

Everyone is welcome to join our tours and tastings, even if you’re not a wine drinker. You can still fully participate in the guided tour, learn about our vineyard, and enjoy the experience.

While you won’t be tasting the wines, you can still accompany your friends and pass along the samples you don’t want. The fee covers the tour, the educational experience, and the overall atmosphere.

We encourage responsible drinking and provide separate glasses for each wine to ensure you stay within legal limits.
